Mr. DiNardo holds an M.S. degree in Toxicology from St. John’s University in NY. He is a 43 year veteran in the personal care industry. Joe has wide experience as a toxicologist for the cosmetic industry, including, but not limited to: product formulation and regulatory affairs specialization. He served as VP of Research & Development for Almay as well as a Corporate VP for Revlon. Mr. DiNardo was also co-founder of Pharma Cosmetix Research, an R&D company. He has developed various successful technologies for Pharma/Personal Care Companies such as: Allergan, Stiefel/Glaxo, Merz, Elizabeth Arden, Burt’s Bees, Cooper Labs, Blistex, Glytone, MD Beauty/Bare Essentials and Priori. His continuing passion for supporting consumers is centered in pursuing environmental toxicology concerns associated with environmental stressors impacting personal care products and ingredients.
